Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities: As a guest in our home, you'll have access to the fantastic amenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association. Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the private amenities. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest is $24 (7yrs+) and $10 (3yr-6yr) per person per day and subject to amenity availability. Children under 3 are free. *Daily access fees subject to change.

The nearby playground makes it a favorite spot for families with children. The Alder Creek Cafe and Trailside Bar at Tahoe Donner is a delightful spot located within the Alder Creek Adventure Center. Known for its delicious and healthy options, the cafe features seasonal and organic ingredients, ensuring a fresh and flavorful dining experience. The setting of the Alder Creek Cafe and Trailside Bar is both cozy and inviting, with indoor and outdoor seating options.
